‘Tis the season of reflection and goal-setting. While we indulge in the good food (and hopefully good people), let’s not forget to give ourselves some space to rest and reset.

Most people do the opposite.

 

Do we make decisions based on “gut feelings”, or what we “always believed to be true”?

 

In other words, do you challenge your assumptions? How willing are you to accept a different reality?

 

🥑 I gave up a diet recently after 5.5 months, finally accepting the truth that it wasn’t working for me anymore.

 

💼 Does being employed really mean “stability”? Or are we confusing that with a fixed salary?

 

🍫 Can I survive without having that block of chocolate every night thinking it is “emotional support”?

 

🏠 Is buying a house in 2023 worth it?

 

It’s time to reshape our reality.

 

It starts with being mindful of our thoughts.
