Reflect on your 3 wins at the end of the day. There is no better way to boost awareness, gratitude and sense of achievement via evidence you built for yourself.

This week I explored the concept of practising happiness as a skill, and how to not suck at it 👇🏻
I always preach about being mindful of our choice of words especially when it comes to our self-talk. Here’s the most common example:
I am happy vs I feel happy
I am frustrated vs I feel frustrated
A slight change of word creates distance between yourself and the emotion you’re experiencing. When you have more distance between you (as as person) and the situation, you create mental space to process your emotions and make better decisions.
Emotions come and go like clouds.
We are the sky, merely observing.
August Recap 🔬
August’s been a high conviction month. I fully embraced the 1% daily improvement concept and took actions that are aligned with my core values:
💼 in the progress of changing work schedule and work type (more contracts, less employment) ✔️
🎨 increase YouTube upload to 2x per month ✔️
💪🏻 progressive overloading in all my workouts ✔️
💛 expand love & gratitude ✔️

What I’m Working On 💪🏻
September experiments:
🥑 I’ve been on the slow carb diet for 2 months now. The goal this month is to be as compliant as possible to drop some body fat since I’ll be travelling at the end of Sept
💼 IRL and online promotion
💪🏻 increase volume! (end of month test: pull-up + left leg pistol squat)
