How can I be kind to my future self?

It’s okay to enjoy life a bit when you’re in holiday mode.

But being mindful about how your routines, performance and energy levels changed is a non-negotiable.

What makes you feel like yourself?

What are the 20% of things you can do to guarantee 80% of your “normal” days?

The same applies when you try to build new habits this month #newyearnewme. You can ride the new year momentum as you like, but until your are mindful and intentional about taking baby steps in the right direction, you are not going to make substantial changes.

I knew long time ago I could not consistently go to the gym. Instead, I signed up for a fitness app, worked out with friends and bought home workout equipments to make sure I showed up every day and moved.

So, what can you do to make sure you show up and do the work to achieve your goals?
