Doable ideas 💭

Start doing stretching or mobility work if you haven’t already.

Whether you train or not, it’s one of the most functional exercises you can do that will benefit you for life.

Your future self will thank you.

Reflections 🪞

What recurring thought or emotion am I experiencing lately, and what might it be trying to tell me?

Mindfulness 🧘🏻‍♀️

Being able to sit in silence is a luxury these days.

Nowhere to be, no agenda.

When’s the last time you quiet down all the noises – inside and outside?

Did another collaboration with the psychologists in the mental health unit this week. The focus was mindfulness of sound.

This might what mindfulness is: when we pay attention to just one sensory input.

Instead of breathing, we pay attention to the sounds around us.

I could almost dissect and analyse them in my head.

There are different sounds looming in the background that we never paid attention to.

That includes our inner voice.

Only when you pause and really listen, then you hear them.

How does that sound like?

Are you your best friend or your worst enemy?

Ideas Worth Pondering 🧠

Being kind to others is mostly about your actions. Being kind to yourself is mostly about your thoughts.
