Greetings from Vietnam!
Just spent the week in Hanoi and Phu Quoc with my best friends.
Body is tired, but heart is full.
As I was browsing my next destination in the airport, I was thinking of the main messages from Die With Zero, and ways to maximise life experiences.
I always told myself I should travel more often on the flight back, but I never took action.
When is the right moment to enjoy life instead of worrying about retirement and finances?
What is your definition of a well-lived life?
Today in 2 minutes or less, you’ll learn:
✔️ How I write and store restaurant notes
✔️ What to invest in to optimise your life
✔️ How to get more out of life
Doable ideas 💭
Keep “want to go”, “favourites” and “don’t mind going again” lists on Google Map.
Quick access when you’re travelling, even quicker access when your friends ask for recommendation in a certain city.
I’ve been writing my cafe hopping notes for years like that.
P.S. yep, ask me about the best coffee and croissant in town I’m more than happy to compare notes 😉
Reflections 🪞
What is something that has impacted positively on your life?
Mindfulness 🧘🏻♀️
What situations, and who are you with when you feel most energised?
How are you like when you’re at work vs when you’re with friends?
How do we design our life and environment that align our “true selves”?
I’ve been observing myself last week when I met up with my best friends whom I met once a year.
I was enjoying every moment – the interactions, jokes with no boundaries, the shared experiences of exploring a new city, trying suspicious-looking food…
Travelling’s a reminder of how we should not live on autopilot.
There’s a lot more outside the everyday mundane tasks.
Take a different route once in a while.
Try a new cuisine.
Connect with the nature.
Maximise life experience. 💛
Ideas Worth Pondering 🧠
Maximizing your fulfillment from experiences—by planning how you will spend your time and money to achieve the biggest peaks you can with the resources you have—is how you maximize your life.

Video This Week 🎥
There was a piano sitting in the lobby of the hotel I was staying in Hanoi (very out-of-tune though), so I recorded this 👇🏻
If you enjoyed that, please share with others 🙂
