Reflections 🪞

What is something you keep avoiding, and why?

Mindfulness 🧘🏻‍♀️

Don’t make life harder than it has to be.

Your physical environment can make or break you.

Look around you. Did you set yourself up for success?

Video This Week 🎥

I turned 30 six months ago.

I still don’t have life figured out.

There’s a gap between knowing “what you don’t want” and “what you really want”.

A big part of our 20s is about navigating the “real world”, figuring out who we are and what life has in stock for us.

It’s okay when we realise our worldviews and expectations are different from “reality”.

Accept that things are going to be uncertain anyway, so just keep walking.

Here are 5 things nobody tells you about quarter life crisis. This is a video I created for my younger self – hope it might help you as well 👇🏻
