Hey friends 👋🏻
Here are Doable ideas, Reflections and Mindfulness to try out this week.
Doable ideas 💭
Whenever you face an obstacle, ask: what if it was easy?
There’s a difference between resources and resourcefulness.
What thoughts am I avoiding?
I’m trying a hypnosis app following, once again, Dr. Andrew Huberman’s tip. My goal is to improve my ability to stay in the present moment. Only managed to use it once this week as I was… skeptical.
Maybe that’s just proof of how much I focus on what’s going through my mind instead of staying present?
A gift for you 🎁
I've noticed that a lot of people struggle to take control of their emotions (and their lives!), even after they've tried therapy and different self-care activities. I'm launching a scorecard to help people identify the best ways they can get the results they want even if they have high stress tolerance level. It's pretty simple: you answer some questions and automatically receive customised recommendations. I've only just set it up, so I'd really love some feedback please. Here's the link:
Ideas Worth Pondering 🧠
First thing first: I have not researched enough on AI.
But I experimented it by outsourcing some of the “heavylifting” creation work this week 👇🏻
AI understood my pain when I ended a long term relationship. Look at the song it wrote:
Yeh it’s not grammy worthy, but hey it’s not bad really.
✏️ Captions for my social media posts
I didn’t tell a soul, but the captions of this post are generated by AI based on my idea prompts.
Can you tell?
- The quality of AI-generated content depends on your input – specificities, prompts, length of content etc. Lots of things to tweak.
- Not to say AI can replace my job (yet), but using AI definitely helps with brainstorming and productivity – it took care of the Blank Page Syndrome and got rid of all your procrastination excuses.
Video This Week 🎥
Let’s put it this way: I’ve been listening to Rufus non-stop since I went to their show in early December last year.
And this, is my favourite song, in loop cover 👇🏻
