Reflections 🪞

What holds me back from becoming the best version of myself?

Mindfulness 🧘🏻‍♀️

I believe that we are the happiest when we find our “worthwhile struggle” – a purpose, a cause we care deeply about and we can leverage what we are good at to help make world a better place. Hopefully that thing pays the bill too, of course.

But the truth is, whatever you’re pursuing, the journey is not always fun.

Life constantly gets in the way. We have responsibilities and obligations. We give up our dreams and health for other priorities.

We wonder why life isn’t fun anymore.

Today I’m showing you the ONE tool I developed and fine-tuned over the years to…

💼 change career

💪🏻 build muscles and lose fat

💛 bring in more peace and mental clarity

✍🏻 write articles, produce videos and even songs consistently

… while still having fun 85% of the time.

Essentially, this ONE tool helped me:

  • always get the right things done
  • cultivate gratitude
  • pay attention to health (physical & emotional)
  • basically become more mindful and intentional of how I lived my life

So that every day I can show up at my best, slay whatever dragon I set my eyes on, and actually enjoy the grind.

This is the tool 👇🏻

If there is one habit you can cultivate this year to make it the best year yet, it’s the one.

Ideas Worth Pondering 🧠

You won’t always get what you strive for, but you will definitely get what you settle for. You won’t magically outperform your standards.
