Doable ideas 💭
Write a “brain dump” list when you feel overwhelmed.
Laying out all your thoughts on paper is the quickest way to gain clarity and prioritise tasks.
Mental note shouldn’t be a thing. 🤔
What advice would I give to a friend if s/he is going through what I’m facing now?
Can we control the mind with the mind?
Like, we can instantly boost our mood by having a walk or getting a drink – i.e. changing the mind with the body.
Can we think our way out of an emotional situation though?
And is meditation a form of “controlling the mind with the mind”?
I don’t have answer for that – just thinking out loud and hoping to stimulate your thoughts.
That said, it’s a gentle reminder to take care of yourself physically and emotionally – take that from someone who recently got some (rather unpleasant) health test results. 🙂
