Who do you want to be in 3 years’ time? What’s the smallest thing you can do today that will get you closer to becoming that version of yourself?

Mindfulness 🧘🏻‍♀️

Imagine yourself being a bird gliding over wherever you are.


You might be walking in the nature.


You might be stargazing in the middle of nowhere, being in awe of how bright Sirius is.


You might be stuck in traffic, hurrying to get to a place you don’t actually wanna be in.


Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, you can mentally pull yourself out from your thoughts and observe things as they are.


After a 3-day road trip immersing myself with wine, good food, nature and stars, I jumped back to work straight for 5 days, ended with a float therapy.


Indeed it felt like a roller coaster ride.


By pulling myself out from my negative thoughts, I gained more awareness of my own presence.


I could see my current state of life and mind clearly.


It’s your perspectives that matters. Things in nature are neither good or bad.


I was just this human being experiencing life, enjoying every moment as it came.


And when your consciousness grows, you are more attuned to your true feelings and desire.


You start making intentional changes.

Ideas Worth Pondering 🧠

What worked for you in the previous year might not work now.


What got you here won’t get you there.


For more than one year I developed an optimised morning routine: workout (preferably outdoor), caffeine delay, work, intermittent fasting.


Recently I realised it’s a lot harder to train at the park first thing in the morning when the sun is not fully up and the bar is cold and slippery. It worked for me during winter last year just because I was very determined to master a single pull-up.


The routine/work that you have now is only a season in life.


You’re not going to do the same thing forever.


It is okay to rework your routine.


Embrace the experimental mindset.


Also acknowledge the fact that you can have anything, but not everything.


Pre-select the areas you’re going to neglect during this season and make peace with it.


For me, it’s the season to get serious about content creation. I gave up learning French, set up staples menus for my meal prep, outsourced handstand learning to a coach and stopped seeing friends as frequently as I would like to.


Negotiation and prioritisation.


Rework your routine every season so that you can be your ideal future self.
