Doable ideas 💭
Act on your impulse when it comes to friendship or expressing gratitude.
It doesn’t take long to tell a friend you’re thinking about him or her; or telling someone how thankful you are – and you might just make someone’s day.
Who got the best of me last week?
Create some space for yourself, in micro and macro ways.
You get into a rut if you’re not careful.
Around this time of the year I usually experience some kind of existential crisis. Things start to become stagnant (I do mean all life aspects) and I need stimulation.
This week, I took a break from my routines, took off my earphones and left Sydney for 3 days.
Space allows me to look at my life from a bird’s eye view.
Zoom out from the mundane and reflect on what it is all for.
What we need isn’t to have all the answers about life, but mental clarity to figure out the next step.
Curiosity, experiments and reflections are my definition of a mindful approach to life.
